Press the start key/mode selection key
Blue light mode one is continuous negative pressure
The second green light mode is the absorption and release mode
The red light mode three is the absorption and release mode
Long press the start button/mode selection button for 2 seconds to turn off the infrared
Turn on the vibration mode according to your needs (there are multiple vibration modes to choose from)

Reminder: The instrument is turned on for 20 minutes by default, and the chest is done for 20-30 minutes at a time. After the instrument is automatically shut down, it needs to be done, and the instrument can be restarted.
The following groups of people are contraindicated:
heart patient
Breast augmentation, breast prosthesis
minor children;
pregnant woman
cancer patient
