WHAT IS IASTM?
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, IASTM, is a new therapeutic method of using tools to treat soft tissue restrictions. It allows for the rapid localisation and treatment of soft tissue fibrosis, chronic inflammation or degeneration with the aid of special ergonomically designed tools for the examination and treatment of fascial restrictions.
