Shipping and Returns

After receiving your order, we pack it at our warehouse, transport it to a transfer station and ship it by air. Your order then goes through customs clearance before being sent and delivered to you.
Tracking information is usually updated 24–72 hours from shipment. Customs clearance and shipping processes in different countries can cause delays to delivery. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.
We ship from China to many locations worldwide. If you need to return your item, you can do so for free within 15 days.

1.We guarantee that all products are brand new, and provide 1 year warranty for products.

2.If the item is damaged during transport or cannot be used normally,please contact us the real photos of the items and we will refund you money.

3.If your question is confirmed, we can send to you free replacement parts，but for any physical damage or damage is result of buyer misuse, Buyers need to pay a portion of the money.

4.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.

5. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number and specific reason for the return.
