How to Use this Product?
Turn On the Massager
Short press the power button for one second to turn on the G2 Neck Massager. The massager will emit a “power on” sound and the white indicator light will flash to indicate the massager is on standby. At this point, the massager can be controlled by the remote control or the power button, but Bluetooth must be turned on to enable Mijia App controls.
Before use, tie up long hair, remove any necklace, and use a wet towel or paper towel to moisten the skin. Place the massager on the neck and adjust position until the three electrode massage plates are in full contact with the skin.
Intensity
The G2 Neck Massager has 15 levels of intensity. The higher this number, the greater the intensity of the massage it delivers. The default intensity level is 1.
NOTE: Increase intensity level gradually to avoid the discomfort of a sudden and unexpected increase in strength.

Remote Control Introduction
Short press the “M” button and the remote will beep to indicate it has successfully powered on. If not beep sounds, press the “M” button again to re-attempt connection. At this time, the remote’s indicator light should be light blue.
Press the "M" button during operation to switch between modes.

Mijia App Control Introduction
1. Download the Mijia App onto your smartphone
2. Long press the power button on the G2 Neck Massager and release after hearing a beep sound. The indicator light should flash blue at this time. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth function and wait to connect.
3. Open the Mijia App and log in to your account. Click on the "+" in the upper right corner to enter the “Add Device” interface.
4. Find and click on the "Sports Health Massager" category, and select the G2 Chiropractic Neck Massager.
5. Complete the connection according to the prompts on the App page. When the connection is successful, the indicator light will become solid blue.
NOTE: The App and remote cannot be connected to the G2 Neck Massager at the same time.
Turn the hot compress function on/off with the switch on the right of the App interface.
Use the "Strength Set" and "Time Set" sliders to control the intensity level and duration of the massage.
Select the mode using the 4 icons at the bottom of the App interface.
When Controlling via App
Red indicator light flashes and beeps: product battery is low

Turn Off the G2 Neck Massager
The default massage session time is 15 minutes, and your massager will automatically stop working when this time limit is reached. If you need to turn the massager off manually, hold the power button until the indicator light turns off.
Automatic Shut Off
The G2 Neck Massager will enter standby after 60 seconds without contact with skin, and will automatically shut down if there is no movement within 60 seconds of entering standby.
How to Charge This Product?
1. When the G2 Neck Massager’s battery is depleted, a red indicator light flashes and a continuous beep sound is emitted. After 15 seconds, it will automatically shut down.
2. Press and hold the massager’s power button to turn it off. The indicator light will turn off when the product has successfully been turned off.
3. Insert the USB Type-C charging cable into the G2 Neck Massager’s charging port. Connect the opposite end to a USB port, an adapter, a computer, or another USB charging device. If the cable is successfully connected, there will be a beep sound, and the red indicator light will light up, indicating that the massager charging.
4. The G2 Neck Massager takes about 3 hours to fully charge. When charging is complete, the indicator light will turn from red to green.
How to Maintain This Product?
1. Always turn off the G2 Neck Massager when you are finished using it.
2. Unplug the USB Type-C charging cable when not in use, and keep it along with all other accessories in the original box in a safe, dry, cool place.
3. Do not wind the USB Type-C charging cable around the product.
4. Avoid sharp objects, or scraping, scratching, or piercing the product’s surface.
5. Never attempt to disassemble the product.
